現実的に考えれば、あれだけ旧式なのに想定をはるかに超える震度の地震でも特に大きな被害がなかったわけなので(福島原発の被害は殆どが津波、しかも今の問題も予備電源さえまともであればほとんど生じていない)、実は福島原発の現状は新たな原発建設に対しては感情を抜きにしてリスク評価の材料にすれば大きなプラスになるんじゃないかと思ってる。
